ShareALift.ie is not a service, merely a platform by which individuals may initiate contact with each other, in order to exchange Lift information.

ShareALift.ie wishes to advise all users that we do not carry out any background checks of any persons either offering or accepting lift offers. Individuals should always exercise caution and be content or have a good feeling about persons they intend to traveling with.

ShareALift.ie takes no responsibility for any personal or financial losses, which result from using this website.

ShareALift.ie may at any time revise or modify these Terms and Conditions without notice. It is up to the user to regularly check the Terms and Conditions to be aware of any changes. If a user continues the use of the ShareALift .ie website after a change has been made, it is taken as an acceptance of the change by the user.

Users of ShareALift.ie must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. ShareALift.ie must not be used to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including any material which would harm ShareALift.ie business interests, cause a criminal offence, exploit children, violate rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. Users are prohibited from uploading or reproducing any information protected by copyright without obtaining permission of the copyright owner.

Users are furthermore prohibited from collecting and/or copying information about others, including names, email addresses, passwords or telephone numbers without their consent.

Any ShareALift.ie user is prohibited from stalking or harassing others. He/she is further prohibited from creating a user id in order to simulate a false identity for the purpose of misleading others or to impersonate another person.

It is absolutely prohibited to gain unauthorized access to, tamper with, modify, or hack the facility of ShareALift.ie.

ShareALift reserves the right to terminate your account if it believes that you have violated any of the rules of online behavior and/or outlined above. ShareALift.ie will immediately terminate your membership if you breach this agreement.
